Well I got a later start than I wanted with my smoke today. I'll tell ya why in a minute. But I'm doing a BBC, splat chicken, and a fattie. The BBC chicken is done with some lemon garlic seasoning both inside and out. I did the splat one with sucklebusters. The fattie is made with our homemade sausage with some chipotle shrooms, carrots, and onions I also added some raw onions to it. That I can't wait for. I didn't think to take pics of the fattie as I was putting it together but do have pics of everything on the smoker.

I'm thinkin about maybe saucing up the splat shicky chicky

Ok now as to why I was late getting started today. I've been midwifin this morning. My patient has been battling pregnancy toxemia for a week and a half. Well about 10 this morning she told me it was time so I got all my stuff together and went to her. After about 20 minutes of pushing she had a baby boy just over 9 lbs. We were thinking she was going to have twins and low and behold about 15 minutes later she starts to pushin again took her about 10 minutes or so of pushing but she pushed out another baby this was a boy also and he was also just over 9 lbs. Both mom and babies are doing great and show no signs of problems. Both boys have strawberry red hair.

here are some pics first one is the second born boy second one is mom and boys, third one the baby in the back ground is the first born.

I forgot to show the end results of last weeks chickey and my fattie. All was really good I took some of the sausage(from Sat) and fattie to school for lunch on Tues and I had kids following me to the cafeteria. LOL they were beggin and sure trying to sweet talk me outta some. On Tues night I used the leftover chickey to make chicken sgetti.
