Peachy Goodness!

A couple of months ago, my wife and I took our two boys to a peach orchard about half an hour away to pick some fresh peaches (and daddy wanted some peach bbq wood! )



I bought two $8 bags of peach wood while I was there..


Last night's meal consisted of indirect grilled country style ribs with peach smoke (keeping with the peach theme!)

I seasoned them with EVOO & Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust


Served with fried okra & steamed broccoli with melted velveeta.


For dessert, my lovely wife made a peach cobbler


I topped mine off with a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream!

Wow! Great looking meal! I made some peach/cherry crisp tonite that was good, but her cobbler looks amazing! I love country style ribs.....
