Thanks guys. Pretty inexpensive meal too! Caught the shark steaks on sale for under five bucks a pack, four of that size to a pack. The shrimp came peeled, deviened, and skewered. Four of those to a pack for four fifty a pack. The pasta salad we had leftover from the neighborhood fishing tourney. Fed four hungry adults. Pretty healthy eats too, except for the pasta salad thingy.

Looks good Rich, I have never eaten shark but that sure looks OK. We have caught some black tip shark in the past but never kept them, yea, I know shame on me. But I had no clue as too what to do with them. CF :D

Aw that looks excellent: nice pickup on the steaks and shrimp. I've only had shark steak once, but remember it being most tasty.

When I lived near Galveston, I'd have shark fairly regular. Always liked it grilled. Good buy you got on it all! Mighty fine ooking meal!
