Got Brisket and Butts on now for catering tomorrow, will throw on a dozen BB's and bout 15 lbs of sausage in the morning. Home now and steamin' some lobstahs. $3.25 a lb!!! Haven's seen 'em that cheap in years.....
Havin some more later in the month when my Sister and Bro-in-law come up from College Station.

Two chuck roasts (6.87 lbs total) and 2 butts (16.75 lbs total) smoking away right now. Got a party tomorrow, so the food's cooking.
Saturday, dunno. Some ABTs for the party, might make some beans as well.
Sunday, dunno. I'm expecting a load of leftovers from the party, but I may be surprised. I've seen this group eat 'cue. 23 lbs of meat might not be enough.
