Planning a brisket tonight for a birthday party tomorrow. Maybe some ABTs or armadillo eggs with it. Haven't decided what else is happening this weekend.

Have a rack and 1/2 of BBs to put on today so I can try out the new Sucklebusters Sauce 8). Going to try saucing my ribs for once.

The rest of the weekend is unplanned so far.

Tomorrow is going to be this and that. Some rib tips, maybe a chicken, and a fatty. Sunday, we're making lasagna and baked linguine, shrimp, and mushroom with a beshumel sauce. Have a taste for Italian. Just a little break from the smoke!

We're having our last big BBQ for the year, as we'll be moving next month.

I'm doing two big briskets (over 15 pounds each, trimmed!), 10 chickens (halved), 10 pounds of wings, 2 pork butts (bone in, this time) and a smoked meatloaf.

I've done everything listed except the meatloaf previously, so this will be an interesting experiment. We've got about 60 people coming, so I'm sure we'll have enough food this time. Don't want to run out again!

Smokin' rack of spares and rack of baby backs. Also a beer can chicken. Never done spares so I'm excited to give it a try. Also, baked beans, potato salad. Having family down from OK.
