Brisket, chicken, and ribs for a comp. Not sure what else, haven't quite gotten that far.

Going to a Tailgate at the Seahawk game to meet some friends from California. Be grillin' some chicken and reebs on the Weber kettle then hoisting a few cool ones. :D

Not a football fan so leaving as soon as the game starts... Talk about beating the crowd home.

a hui hou,

a hui hou,

Me neither Honu but it's because the Chiefs bite a big one this year. Ranked 31st out of 32 teams in order of awfulness. :? They are NOT fun to watch

Going to do my first pork butt on Saturday! If all was right with the world, I'd have it done in time to serve it while watching the LSU-Auburn game, but that won't happen. Oh well, we can have the pulled pork sammies while watching the Texans-Titans game on Sunday.

I'll also do some ABTs, and those will DEFINITELY be ready early Saturday evening.

Cold boiled shrimp tonight. :D Going to do some spares and since I'll have the Spicewine fired up, I'll make around 15 pounds of meatballs. We smoke big batches of different seasoned and sizes of meatballs to be vac-sealed and froze for later use. :D

Mmm... meatballs. My favorite! Say, uh, if you have any recipes you can share, I'd love to take a look!
