Grilled Salmon with Mediterranean Salsa

Postby OSD » Wed Sep 17, 2008 5:51 pm

Decided to grill some salmon today. So, I made some rice with garlic butter and a Mediterranean salsa to give it a different twist. :D

Fillets were washed with lemon juice and then a coating of light brown sugar was sprinkled on. Let it sit and melt in for about 30 min.

I guess it's the combo of ingredients used. Olives, artichokes, Feta cheese, etc. :D I put the recipe I use for it in the recipe section. :D
