Did some fish fillets and shrimp on the grill for dinner. :D

Fish on the grill, how did it turn out? what seasoning did you use?

Gumby, fish and seafood are fantastic on the grill. :D These were just sprinkled with salt and a grillin' spice, then basted with melted garlic butter and lime juice. :D

You can do a search and find lots of info about this. :D
Or, just peruse the Grillin' and Chillin' section and the Fish and Seafood Recipe section for bunches of cooks and the way they were prepared. :D
Most fish and most seafood ( shrimp, crab, scallops ) are there. :D

Such a simple meal, but I would take that over many other meals in a heartbeat! I love tilapia and shrimp! Thumbs up Jim!!!
