Flat Iron steaks for dinner

Postby OSD » Sat Aug 16, 2008 8:01 pm

When I was at the store, I looked over in the sale case in the meat dept. and to my surprise there were 2 CAB Flat Iron steaks marked for quick sale. :D Well they just had to come home with me. :D 8) We don't see them to often around here.

Hot off the grill and resting for a few minutes.

Ready to eat ( nice and rare ) with some cheesy scalloped potatoes

These steaks are some of the best tasting and tender steaks there is. :D :D
