Dang now that do like tasty and healthy. Thing my tricglyerides has dropped a few points just looking at the pics. Now you gonna need my expertise on the pan fried specimines:) Them look a little exotic so to speak. Is this some kind of furrin dish perhaps? Enquiring Minds need to kow this kinda stuff.

Texas born and raised stripers. Those crawdaddy's are from Louisiana, so it is a native/foreign type gimmick. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Oh yeah, that does look good. I tried thinking back (that hurt), but I can't remember ever having grilled any fish. Smoked, yes - grilled, no. Gonna have to try that.
