Thinking about cooking up some spares on the UDS.

Plans could change depending on weather.

Rotisserie Asian Chicken with stir fry noodles tonight. Brisket Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks Jim!

I've got a Rehearsal Dinner gig for mid September. Looks like sausages, pulled pork and ribs.....so far in the works for the Spicewine, and maybe a Labor Day gig for the neighborhood :D

Tomorrow, I know we'll be grilling some burgers since I picked up some ground sirloin for under $2 per pound. Tonight, I'm grilling some pork chops, probaby marinated in Teriyaki sauce. Don't know about Sunday!
