New York strips

Postby Tannehill Kid » Mon Jul 21, 2008 9:45 pm

Picked up a couple of New York strips after church on Sunday. Marinated with S&P and Italian dressing for about 5 hours. Had a sweet potatoe with mine and the wife had a baked potatoe. Also had corn on the cob and cresant rolls.

I'd eat that steak! The Mrs isn't fond of steak so I do see it on my plate very often. Tried to tell her it was just burnt chicken once..... In any case, congrats on the cook.
