Fish and seafood grill for dinner

Postby OSD » Wed Jul 16, 2008 6:41 pm

I picked up some Tilapia, shrimp, and lump crab. Also fresh pineapple from one of our plants. :D

Sliced and going into a marinade of white rum, light brown sugar, and a touch of ginger

Tilapia, shrimp, and crab cakes ready for the grill

The Mini UDS and the SJP coming up to temp. Running the Mini at 325*

Put the crab cakes and fillets in the Mini for a little smoke flavor

Moved the crab cakes over to finish on the grill with the shrimp and pineapple

fixed some Spanish rice to serve with the seafood.

The Mini did great again. :D I find myself using it alot, just the right size for two people. :D 8)

That looks good!

I can't eat shrimps (allergy thing), but I'm thinking about grilling some talipia this weekend using the Wolfe citrus...

Very nice! I might have to look for one of those mini drums.

Will it fit a rack of BBs?

Mike, I'm not sure. :dont: I would think you would have to cut the rack in half to make it fit since the grill grate is only about 14 1/2" in diameter. Then a rack of ribs would fit in a rib rack or flat for cooking. :D

Very cool pineapple and plants! I wish you could ship me some fresh fish; it's all crap around here.
