After a brisket & ham has been rubbed down,can I freeze

I ave a 10.5lb brisket & ham in fridge,both have arub on them.Was planning on putting them on the CG.,about 3am.Now for the next three days,it's suppose to rain.I have smoked in the rain before,but I have a chest cold & don't feel like doing this in the rain.Can I vac seal & freeze both meats now?

Yeppers I dittos whut them other folks have to say. Should be just fine to postpone it a while. Your nose is the best friend on these type of deals. If it smell skunky chunk it and go buy some mo. If it smells ok cook it up and bon appetit etc.

Ty for the replies,we had sum storms last nit,but I woke up this am,with a renew spirit lol.I fired up the CG,knowing rain is coming.But I didn't take off 3 days from work without pay,to sit around.
