Although plans could change... The in-laws have been hinting that they would like me to cook'em a pork butt... So, maybe a couple of those in the WSM and a brisket in the UDS.

Tri tip and shrimp tonight.

Daughter and SIL want to come over and have hamburgers and hot dogs tomorow.

Sunday will either be a roast of some sort that I can smoke and make French Dips or Philly cheese steaks. Or maybe Mahi-Mahi...supposed to be on sale somewhere...

May electrocute a brisket. Depends on my geriatric energy levels and the amount of hongry moufs to feed. Dont hardly make sense to cook one for just me and the warden cuz we dont never get it all eat up. Now if the baby boy shows up with his four starving marvin boys..I prob gonna need two:)
