I grilled a sockeye salmon and onion for a snack for fathers day.

I used some Texas Spicey Peach for glaze on the salmon and on the onion I put butter, garlic around the edges and some Lotta Bull rub on top. Left on the grill for about an hour. Later threw on some Johnsonville brats and some pork chops with some Head Country for seasoning and some baked beans and homemade slaw as sides and ENJOYED!!!

I sure do like salmon. Yours looked great. Been a long time since I've had any - makes me envious!
