Got two nice Rib Eye Steaks.

Smoked some 'Cowboy Potatoes' in indirect heat with some wine wood for a good half an hour before throwing in the Rib Eyes. The steaks got just some top quality French sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on them.

Looks ready to me. Mine is a bit burned, give the less burned for my missus.. :)

Marinaded the 'Roadside Chicken' in the fridge in a plastic bag full of white vine vinegar and spices. Time to light up some charchoal.

Runs a bit hot, nearly ready for some direct grilling!

Glazed the chicken with some BBQ sauce mixed with honey and gave them a bit more direct heat.
