Had chicken breasts marinated in tequila/lime/black bean salsa and rice. Dang, it sure was good!!!

That looks good. I'm glad you had the salsa. Ate at a BBQ joint in Terrell, and they had that as a side. It was really good. Now, I can make it myself, so, thanks for sharing!
