Earthquake Thighs

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Apr 05, 2024 2:47 pm

We had a 4.8 earthquake here this morning. It shook the house pretty good for about 5 seconds. No damage, but my cat was not amused. :D

Needed to roll some smoke to ward off the bad juju, so its thighs on the Vortex rubbed with SB Clucker Dust with some pecan for smoke.

Going to serve these for dinner tonight with Alabama white sauce, and Momma is roasting some spuds. :D

Have a great weekend, folks! :D

Thanks, Emm!

Sitting in the house while it shook was interesting.

We felt it all the way out here... and an aftershock just now.

That's a completely awesome earthquake meal.
