Time For a Strip

Postby Smoking Piney » Tue Mar 12, 2024 5:13 pm

I found a 20 oz Angus strip at our local Aldi for a good price.

Gorgeous day today and rolled some smoke. :D

Rubbed with Campfire and Espresso and cooked with mesquite chips on the BGE.

Good day grilling! :D

Thanks, folks! :D

I think I'll make Aldi a regular stop for meats. This steak was delicious.
