Thighs and Lamb Chops

Postby Smoking Piney » Thu Feb 22, 2024 4:10 pm

Nice day today, and time to roll some smoke.

Chicken thighs on the Vortex with some pecan wood. My wife's got SB Clucker Dust, and I experimented with McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse marinade on my thighs.

That's dinner tonight.

Grilled a snack with my last three lamb chops. :D

Life is good! :D

Thanks, Emm. I'm getting the serious cabin fever itch to get out and roll smoke. :D

I have some plans for warmer weather. :D
