Getting cold here again so it's deep dish pizza tonight, haven't figured out Saturday or Sunday yet. Maybe swordfishfish in the cast iron grill pan? Really depends on what the Mrs wants.

I took a big vac sealed bag ( about 5 pounds ) of rib trimmings out of the freezer. Not sure what all will get made from them. For sure some beans and maybe some fajitas. :D :D Not sure of what else will hit the smoke. :D

Going to a chili cook-off - to cook BBQ. Got three pork butts and a few lbs. of sausage for fatties. Taking the UDS for ease and conversation. If I don't forget the camera, I'll get some pics.

No cooking for me, other than nuking leftovers or TV dinners. Get to run studies all weekend, so no time for cooking.

As far as I know, they don't allow grills in the rooms at the FCO Airport Hilton, so no cooking for me... I am looking forward to a nice Italian dinner at a great little place in Fiumicino though!
