Digging Out Ribeye
It's been really cold here (preaching to the choir with you TX folks ), and I have 6" of snow here. I haven't cooked outside in a week.
It's a heatwave of 44 today, it's melting off.....darn the torpedoes, I'm grilling something and claiming victory.
Found a ribeye this morning on a freezer dive. On my freshly rebuilt Egg with SB Espresso and Campfire.
Eating this tonight with some Jambalaya my wife cooked yesterday.
Retirement rocks!

LOL, Emm. I probably needed to title the thread a little better.
For the record here, I'm not crowing over the steak. I'm crowing because I finally got to light a fire and cook!
It was a long week in the arctic.
