Been quite some time since I last made up some k-bobs. Boneless/skinless thighs seasoned with Sucklebusters SPG & Chicken Wing Seasoning. Bell peppers & pearl onions seasoned with Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning.

No sir. There is a veterinary clinic right by my house called Cold Springs Animal Hospital (Collin County). I assume there is or was some cold springs around here at some point though because there are multiple things around here named Cold Springs.

OK, the one in San Jacinto County is spelled Coldspring, Texas - - - "DUH"
