LPG Chicken Breasts

Postby tex_toby » Tue Dec 19, 2023 3:33 pm

Nothing fancy here. Just grilled up a batch of LPG chicken breasts for Mrs Tex to do some weekly lunch prep. I just thought these came out lookin' perdy!

Thanks, fellas! Mrs Tex is doing great and life is slowly getting back to normal (whatever that is!) She completed chemo 6 months ago and has been in the reconstruction process the past couple of months. She actually just had another surgery yesterday. Hopefully only a couple more and then we can put it all in the rearview mirror. We are certainly thankful for modern medicine.

We took this at the end of October when we visited Gruene!
