Personal Pampering aka "cause I wanna"

I saw a Waygu Steak the other day in HEB and I heard a little voice inside me saying "buy it buy it buy it" - - - soze I did and it was Awesome.
Fixed a Twice Baked Tater (we miss you Russ) and a small Salad for Sides and I was Triple Pleased.
It was very very thick and ?almost? 3/4 of a pound.
