Pork ribs on the webber

Postby spacetrucker » Mon Oct 02, 2023 6:29 pm

These ribs were cooked appropriately 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound seasoned with suckle busters Honey barbecue, and probed tender with a tooth pick. The potatoes were wiped with vegtable oil and seasoned with orange pepper prior to being wrapped in foil and cooked for about two hours with the ribs. Our granddaughter said the ribs were like bacon on a stick.

the webber "mini" kettle was given to my daughter years ago, before she married, It amazes me with the quality of food it produces.
