Sucklebusted Chicken Wings & Cheese Curds - Mrs. Tex brought home a bag of curds from Wisconsin this week, beer-battered and fried them up. One of our favs!

Fried cheese curds are amazing. I like to dunk them in caramel sauce. Salty/Sweet - it works, TRUST ME!

Buffalo Wild Wings has some decent curds. You can order them at some DQ's now too. Fresh curds from Wisconsin can't be beat, though.

My wife is from Wisconsin, there are always curds at our house. I will be up there in a couple of weeks and pick up a few fresh bags of them.

Google says that HEB has a couple of types of Cheese Curds so I'm gonna pick some up and give this a try.
Anything Special about how they should be fried????????

Fry em like you would cheese sticks. Doesn't take long. Just try a couple first but i bet it is no more than a minute and a half or so. I know with frozen cheese sticks it is right at about 2 minutes. Kroger carry's Elsworth cheese curds, they are pretty good if you can find them at HEB.

Howdy, Parts - here is the instructions that came with the curds Mrs Tex brought home. She did all the work on them, so I can't give much more info.

I'm not sure exactly what H-E-B has, but she had to bread and fry these. I've bought some at Sam's Club before and they were frozen and already breaded, so I just put them in the air fryer a bit. Fresh curds are definitely better though!
