Chick/tater lunch

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Thu Aug 17, 2023 3:39 pm

Swung by the supermarket this morning, and saw chicken cutlets on sale. I have a grinder full of mixed spices (cumin, red and black peppa, lemon peel, dried onyawn, salt chunks, who knows what else) so I used it on them.

While the grill was heating I used the last of the taters for home fries. We also had a green salad but what's the point of taking a picture of that? :laughing7:

Those thin cutlets cook in a flash. Tasted good.

They were good and quite fast to grill - only 2 minutes per side. :D

Naaahhh. :laughing7:

Took a closer look, green peppercorns, and whole coriander in there too. It's in one of those refillable grinder thingies.

Thanks again.
