T-Bone 'n' Taters

Postby Sailor Kenshin » Sat Jul 08, 2023 2:35 pm

A conversation about Ruth's Chris Steakhouse got me thinking (Apparently, our local one is the Worst Ever: surly waiters, nothing brought out together, overcooked steaks, and food poisoning).

So we grilled a T-bone. And some taters and greens, including our own green beans.

i'm ready for my close-up, Mr. deMille!

Probably a quarter price of that steak house. Tasted good. Steak was on sale!

Homegrown green beans, and the steak tasted good! Way better than Ruth’s Chris!
