Bachelor Life Beef Ribs.

Postby JReich » Mon Jul 03, 2023 2:04 pm

My wife is in Europe with her sisters doing a 90 mile hike over 8 days so I’m left to my own devices for a while. Picked up a small rack of Dino ribs and cooked them yesterday. I recently got the MEATER thermometer and this was my first time using it. Really neat and worked well. I’m doing low carb but did have to have some baked beans with my BBQ. Couldn’t help myself. For the ribs I just used Lawreys season salt pepper and a little Hardcore Black. Salad was cherry tomatoes from the garden with cucumbers, red onion and feta. Happy 4th everyone, stay safe. No ER visits!
