I've been having some fun with my rotisserie lately, so I decided to spin a couple of Cornish Hens for dinner last night.
They're rubbed with SB Clucker Dust, and cooked two-side heat for a little over 40 minutes with some cherry chunks for smoke.
It was a wife approved, right tasty meal.

Re: Rotisserie Cornish Hens
We love Cornish hens, but don’t cook ‘em much. Those look great!
Question on the rotisserie. I have one for the Weber genesis but rarely use the gas grill.
Your photo does not look like you have a ring kit for your Weber. Can I make my genesis rotisserie work on my kettle?
Edit: all the photos I see online look like it has a ring, so maybe I just can’t see yours? I’m just tryin not buy ‘something else’
Edit, again. Ok, I think I see it now. I’ve had a long day

Thanks, Mike!
It is a roti kit (ring, spit, and motor) from Weber for my kettle. Between the roti and the Vortex, I'm loving my old beat up kettle.
