Cooked some thighs today on the Vortex. Rubbed with SB Clucker Dust, apple wood for smoke. Wife will be making sides.
Gonna be a good dinner tonight.
Happy Easter, folks!

Thanks Rambo and Emm!
I love wings and thighs on the Vortex. It's a fast, simple cook that hits all the marks.

Re: Vortex Thighs
I’ve done a lot of vortex wings, but have never cooked the thighs. Yours make me want to rectify that!
About how much time for the thighs?

A little over 20 minutes, flip them every 5 minutes or so until their temp hits 175-180.
