Grilled Steak with Air Veggies

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Feb 25, 2023 1:25 pm

It's been a while since I've grilled anything but I'm gonna fix that today.
Think I'll grill a "very thick" Center Cut Tenderloin dusted well with Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning over some Kingsford Briquettes.
Side today will be Okra, Asparagus and Green Beans that will be sprayed with EVOO, dusted with Suckle Busters SPG and Air Fried.
It will be the first time in a looooong time that I haven't fixed a Twice Baked Tater with my Steak but I'm looking forward to it.

Sounds like a plan!
20" x 40" Party Gator Pit
Custom Mobile Stick Burner
Summerset TRL 32" Built-In Grill
Weber Q2200
48" Custom Firepit
Bertello Pizza Oven

I can't always please everybody. I'm not bacon.

Turned out Great - - - only fail was a couple of asparagus were tuff and stringy but the okra and green beans were nicely roasted.
As far as the Tenderloin goes, it will ALWAYS be my #1 choice for a Steak. I took it to around 125 I.T. and still got a nice crust/bark plus being
melt in your mouth tender.
The Suckle Busters Campfire Steak ROCKED as usual and the juice was delicious as well.
