probably the quality of the meat, I just cooked a rib pork roast that had a sell by date of 2021, it came out fantastic, I told the wife I messed it up over cooked it, her reply was I need to mess everything I cook up, so there are some meats that cook up better than others; Since a possible move may be in the future we are starting to clean out the freezers which means I get to cook some..
