Pork Loin Back Ribs 3-2-1
Picked up a nice Rack for $10 + and I'll be putting them on the Pit Boss Pellet Pooper in the morning.
Right now they are covered in Honey Mustard and Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama under Saran Wrap and marinating in the Frig.
First time to do a long "Q" in quite some time.

very light rains so far but it won't bother my Pitt Boss under under the Carport and it's a covered walk from house to Ribs !

Half way thru the Cook - - they are wrapped, sprayed and at 250 - - then the last hour they will be basted/glazed with Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce

Well, I stumped my toe a couple of times during the end of the cook, HOWEVER, SWMBO (wiffy) said it was the best I've ever done
Now comes the "other part" - - - CLEANING THE PIT FOR THE NEXT TIME - - - with the Pellet Poopers, that is muy importanto
