Today I have a butt w/ Hog Waller and brisket w/ TBR brisket blend plus a little Hoochie on.

Some guys from work are in the area so will come over tomorrow. I will reheat the B&B and cook 6 slabs of ribs tomorrow plus maybe a fatty or two and some ABTs.

Well I do believe I'll try my Hog Waller out on a couple of racks of spare ribs this weekend. I'll probably do it on Sunday cause I want Tomcat(DH) and the boys to get me some pecan from the ranch to smoke them with. I can't wait to get messy with some ribs yummmm.

I'm with SC! After a week of 60's, almost 73* yesterday, we are back to 40's and rain/flurries! We deal with it in the Midwest every year, but still hard to take! Seems like it's been a longggggg winter!

Got a chuckl on Roma, went on about 30 minutes ago. The ribroast goes on Einstein in about 4 hours. Busted pintos in the crock already. Will do some kind of fatty also. The Mrs is making Mac Salad to go along with everything. Maybe I can get her to make up a batch of corn bread. :)
