My wife turned 40 earlier this month and we went to Key West to celebrate. Were there for a week and ate and drank our way around the city. We mainly had shrimp, lobster and fish or some form of seafood the whole time (rough life, I know). When we got back on Friday, she said to me that she wanted some real meat before going back on diet Monday. I made the joke, complete with hip thrust and all and she did not find it as funny as I did.
Anyway, Friday was tri-tip and baked potatoes. Yesterday ribs and turkey. Turkey is for meal prep this week. Tonight is filets. Then back to the real world of work and exercise and eating right but until then, real meat for the win.

That's cool.
Great variation of cooking. Looks great.
I visited the Key West in 1992 for diving. Took the same picture as you.
Lots of great party on the main street. Is Sloppy Joe's still operating?

That’s a great post. Congrats to the Mrs. I think my wife and her sisters are heading back to key west in a month or so. I myself have never been there. Well done sir.

Yep Sloppy Joe’s is still there along with Capitan Tony’s which I understand to be “the original” Sloppy Joe’s where Hemingway hung out. Great town with a lot of history.
