It took about 1-3/4 hours at around 300F. I also got to try out a new wireless thermometer.

Sailor that looks good. I have you covered on the beer. We are back home now from our trip. And I had a new grandkid show up while we were gone, so came to visit the new one and we will be having some brats I brought back from Wisconsin. The new grandkid is about the same size as that chicken.
