Made another round of the Weber sweet and spicy chicken wings. The round came out even better than last time.i think these are the best I've made.
Wife isn't a big fan of chicken wings but she loved these and ate a bunch of them.
Also had some leftover pulled pork. Served with fries.
Here's the recipe for those who will give it a try:

My wife and I love sticky wings. Yours look mighty tasty Joe.
One of our favorite is to grill the wings then sauce them up and toss them in a wok until the sauce starts to caramelize. You definitely need a moist towel to keep your hands clean while eating lol.

Great tip, KAM. I tossed the grilled wings in a bowl and sauced them up with a separate portion of the basting sauce. The wok step sounds great. Thanks for the idea.

I usually fix dry wings but I think I'll lather them up next time.
Looks Delicious, Sir Joe

I can recommend the recipe, but probably have a lot of different Texas versions.OldUsedParts wrote:I usually fix dry wings but I think I'll lather them up next time.

I'll probably just use SBs Chipotle Sauce for the basting and see what happens.
