I purchased a 3.5 # Pork Shoulder - - that I thought was a Roast and was gonna inject, grill and pull but when I took the wrapper off, it fell into the platter in about 10 pieces. So I had to change the plans a little but I think it will be just fine.
Brushed the pieces with Honey Mustard and then covered with Suckle Busters Hog Waller Honey. Put them in a grill pan at 9AM at 250+- after 3 hours I upped it to 300, brushed with Suckle Busters Chipotle Sauce and I'm probably about 2 hours away from pulling. Sho Smells Good

Re: Pulled Pork Plan Plumb Puzzled
When my Childhood Friend and I would get by with a "no-no", he would turn to me and say.
"Looks like we got'a Flocky" (aka Got Off Lucky) which is what he would say about my Pulled Pork today.
However, when John and I were talking yesterday, we mentioned getting the Wife's "smile of approval" being one of the best rewards which I received just a while ago.

You turned a head scratcher into a great looking pulled pork cook. Any idea what cut that actually was? Never had a butt come out of the package like that on me
