Cod on a Plank

Postby Smoking Piney » Sun Apr 11, 2021 9:08 am

My wife bought some nice cod filets last week. We worked in the yard all day yesterday and I planked some cod filets for dinner.

I found on onion, garlic, and mango rub at Wally World earlier this year and decided to use it on the fish. It was a good choice. :D

Delicious dinner! I also love to cook fish, because it is simple, but satisfying and there are many useful compounds in fish. Not to mention, the protein from fish and seafood is one of the healthiest.

Pretty pescados! I say again, the poor man’s Seabass and an excellent choice grilled or fried.

Looks good and a new way of cooking cod for me.

Unfortunately we are raised on boiled cod, melted butter, boiled potatoes and cod roe. I absolutely hated it so I don't eat it anymore. If we were served cod like this I'm sure it would be different.
