Angus Tenderloin Butt End
I bought a tenderloin butt end last week and decided to give it a go.
I rubbed it with SB SPG and put it on the smoker and cooked it to 115 IT. I pulled it and let it rest tented for 15 minutes while I got my BGE screaming hot.
