Baseball and Burgers
Today was the Rangers home opener and I had the day off. Since we all know they will be eliminated from the playoff race by the end of the first full month I figured I better make the most of it while it means something.
Funny we basically just did a copy of what Parts did yesterday. Grilled burgers and Okra. Drug our chairs out in the sun, opened a couple of cool adult beverages and watched some baseball.
Looking like the burgers are going to turn out much better than the game.

Re: Baseball and Burgers
Food looks great. Gotta get me some okra soon.
Love my Rangers but it may be a VERY long season.

Food does look great but I’m done with MLB. The other Moderators can erase my post if they want to

I'm not much into baseball but I could live with that if I could join the burger feast. Looks great.
Nice place you have there. Is your house living up to your expectations?

Thanks Joe. It absolutely is. We feel like the builder did a good job from what we can tell so far and the little issues we spot as we go they fix immediately. It survived the great Texas freeze of 2021 so that’s something!

Re: Baseball and Burgers
Good lookin grub.
There’s a reason we’ve always called them the Strangers.
Said another way, those who are old timers here will affirm the Rangers are the new Cubs.
Calling their pitching rag arms is an affront to rags. Might as well call them the Buggy Whips. An 8.74 ERA through three games for DEAD LAST in the league. Egad. Can their staff just do Tee Ball instead?
I had a better ERA pitching for my kids slow pitch Little League team. And that included beaning two batters in a row. The second one was my son. In my defense at least the other parents didn’t think I was biased.

Bobby: "No."
