Grilled a few homemade hamburgers for tonight's dinner.
Patties rubbed with SB two pig mafia rub and finished of with SB Chipotle bbq sauce on the grill. These are great on burgers IMHO.
Burgers topped with double cheddar, bacon, avocadomayonnaise, sweetsour onions and homemade onion rings. The onion rings were cooked in the airfryer.
Wife baked the buns.
I was hoping for the couch but Wife wants to go for a walk. Might be a better option.
The sweetsour onions are great with burgers and bbq.
We use this recipe for sweetsour onions:
Slice two small red onions in thin slices.
Add 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
Add 1.5 tbsp of brown sugar
Add a little salt.
Mix and let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge. One of my favorite sides.

Gourmet from Norway! Yum!
Your wife was probably right…take a walk. Then either drink beer, eat dessert or both
