Filled pork tenderloins

Weather is improving and today we had 64F which is almost summer temperatures for us. Spent the day at the dock fixing the boat after winter storage.

Got hungry afterwards so made a couple of pork tenderloins. Sliced them open, spread on some cream cheese and topped with cured ham and SB hogwaller honey before rolling them together.

Grilled them on the gasser and finished with a good layer of SB honey bbq sauce which is excellent on pork.

Served with French fries and a green salad with Cardinis Cesar dressing.

TenderLOGS look great as does the rest of the Plate. I've got to do one of those one of these days and see how creative I dare get. I'm thinking of an Island Theme with Pineapples and ETC. :dont:

Oh man, that first pic should be in a magazine! And everything is just perfect on the plated pic - I would love to sit down to that. :D
