Forgive Father it’s been too long since I grilled last

Postby Copasspupil » Mon Mar 22, 2021 8:49 pm

I honestly can’t remember the last time I grilled at home. Tonight , pork tenderloins marinated for 3 days grill and topped with a Carolina bbq sauce. First time trying that but it pretty tasty with a few asparagus and couscous.

Looks grate from here, I grill/smoke year round unless its messy outside or I work late hours, work gets me more often as I have a 18x28 carport with 1 end and 1 side covered, I stay dry except for a few steps out the back door. The wife sez it's a grill port these days, haven't put a truck in it in the last 2 years lol

Man Oh Man you nailed that cook. :D :salut: :salut: :salut:
I will need to try the sauce on my next tenderloin we usually opt for raspberry chipotle sauce.

Kam I’m usually a spicy bbq guy but It was so unusual that I’m going to use it more often. I have to head back to Idaho to work this weekend I think and try it on some smoked butt. The little Weber I brought over is getting worked.
