The Reuben

Postby bsooner75 » Sun Mar 21, 2021 7:26 pm

This little corned beef flat spent 30 + hours cooking sous vide then hopped in the smoker for a couple of hours. All just to be smashed into a Reuben on the Blackstone. Worth every minute

I need to check out Reuben. Looks great . 30 hours cook time scare me a bit, though.
