Sirloin roast
Bought a 4 pound sirloin which I cut in two. Saving one part for later.
Rubbed the remaining part with SB SPG which I find great on almost everything.
Wife made the usual oven roasted broccoli with garlic and sea salt pan and some pan fried mushrooms. She also made some homemade bearnaise sauce. Bearnaise sauce is fantastic, IMHO.
Served with baked potatoes with sour cream.
A great meal.
Now it's time to watch a few episodes of the newly released season 3 of the Netflix series drive to survive. If you're into motorsport I highly recommend this series. A very exciting behind the scenes stories from formula 1.

I’m not sure Netflix would be in my future. A nap certainly would be.

Cooked to perfection, and the plate looks great.
