Finally did it

Postby bsooner75 » Sat Mar 20, 2021 8:52 pm

Finally cooked a pizza without scorching the snot out of it. These turned out really good.

Cooked over mesquite on the firebox of my Lonestargrillz smoker. Using the griddle plate as a baking steel.

Wife built them and I grilled them.

Nice pizzas. That's how a pizza should look.

Doesn't matter if wife spent all day in the kitchen doing all the preparation and making all the sides. If only a fraction of it goes on the grill, you made the meal. :laughing7:

Thanks everybody.

Rambo - guess this one could have gone any direction

Joe - LOL - at least I gave her credit right?

Cooking these made me think of Woody. When he was active on the forum he kept encouraging me to give pizza another shot. He really knew his stuff when it came to the pies. Hope he is doing well.
